Founded in 2019
After over 25 years in the commercial property management industry, we noticed a need for a one stop solution for commercial property needs. JSP Commercial Solutions was born in 2019 and is about one thing; helping business owners, property owners, and building management teams by offering a turnkey solution while also providing the highest level of client service.
What We Do
From start to finish, JSP Commercial Solutions provides a truly turnkey business solution for businesses across the North Texas area. Our one stop solution includes everything from commercial construction to property management to custodial services to marketing solutions.
All-inclusive commercial construction services include everything from commercial design to construction completion. We assist with designing your space with preliminary consultations on code compliance, space layout, and floor plan ideation. JSP also produces construction and permitting plans including MEP, ADA compliance, structural review, site planning, and floor planning. Upon receipt of all permits, we provide all necessary trades for construction completion.
Fully operational properties benefit from our commercial property management services as well as our custodial solutions. Commercial property management includes grounds care and maintenance, like large scale power washing and commercial landscaping. We also provide facility maintenance for all commercial properties of all sizes. Our custodial services division supports operational business with daily cleaning, trash collection, restroom care, and more.
We help new and established companies grow. We provide assistance with promotional marketing needs, business branding, and social media marketing to keep your business ahead of the competition.

JSP Commercial Solutions is owned and operated by husband and wife team Steve and Jodi. Steve’s background in finance and commercial property management along with Jodi’s history with marketing and creative services is what makes JSP Commercial Solutions what it is today: a truly one-stop turnkey solution for businesses of all sizes in North Texas.
